  1. Thanks for the replies. I’ve tried emailing a few times but to no avail and I don’t do Facebook so was hoping there might be few members on here who might be able to help.
  2. I'm a former member of the club and trying to get in touch via the clubs email address but our emails don't seem to be getting through. Can anyone help out with either a phone number or contact someone there on our behalf? Drop me a PM if you can help. TIA
  3. Price drop to £280! If it doesn't sell at that I'll keep it for friends to use!
  4. Bowman Super trap on folding sled, fits in car boot no problem but trap can be removed from sled easily to make it more compact. 3 Boxes of clays will go with it. £125.00 collected from Stokesley, North Yorks
  5. Thanks for the comments and Interest guy's. It's a great fast handling gun and was perfect for walk one stand one days. Unfortunately I can't RFD it so it will have to be collected face to face from the Stokesley area between Middlesbrough and Northallerton.
  6. Pics sent Bish, There's also some other bits not listed in the original *** tsuch as case lube mat and various shell holders. The kit is all pretty much as new with the exception of the case trimmer.
  7. Hi Bish Will email you some pics *** soon as I get chance. it will probably be tomorrow or wednesday when i get chance to dig everything out of the various boxes and fight my way to the back of the garage!
  8. As I have surrendered my fac I've decided to sell my reloading gear. I bought all of this kit to load for my 270. Apart from the case trimmer which I bought second hand it's been used to produce a maximum of 150 rounds. I'd rather sell the whole lot as a package so please don't ask me to split at this stage. If there are no takers I will re list individual parts. if you want it please say so in this thread. Collection in person preferred or postage at cost. comprises: Redding big boss II press, redding deluxe 3 piece dies set in 270, lee de priming die, target master auto trickler , redding manual trickler, rcbs 505 scales, lee auto prime, lee powder measures, powder funnel, 3 case holding trays, Frankford arsenal tumbler, redding case prep kit, lyman case trimmer, de buring tool, primer pocket reamer, Frankford arsenal kinetic bullet puller, Hornady OAL and headspace gauges, Sierra reloading manual plus case lube and other consumables. Basically everything you need start loading. I also have some brass and primers which will go with it if sold as a job lot. £350 for the lot. I would prefer collection from near Stokesley in North yorkshire/middlesbrough ares but will post at cost price which I expect should be no more than £20 via Parcelforce. I can't post the primers though, they would hve to be collection only.
  9. This is my gun, forgot to add that the length of pull is 14 3/4 inches and I think it's choked at 1/3 & 3/4.
  10. Cool, Thanks for all the tips and offers guys. Rang the local council who put me in touch with a contractor. Got 60 tonne coming on Monday. I've sourced a vibrating roller via a friend and will get it rolled in probably on wednesday. Ideally I'd wait for a hot day but we need to get the drive sorted for our wedding next Saturday as the wedding car won't get up it at the moment
  11. I'm trying to source some road planings to finish off our drive (just domestic) and wondered if anyone knows of a supplier in the Teesside area? I need 60 tonnes of decent quality stuff. My plan is to put 130mm down then roll it down with a vibrating roller??? Anyone got any tips? All info greatly appreciated!
  12. Thirdeye Spartan. Fully stripable, compact and a world away from the monstrous heavy old lump that is a T8. They've got stainless inserts in the baffles too so should last considerably longer than something with all alloy baffles.

  17. As above, it's a TD performance tuning chip and was fitted to our 2006 2.5 hilux, we've now got a 3 ltr which it won't fit so its up for sale. Made a noticeable difference to torque and fuel economy, particularly when towing. This was fitted and approved by the supplying dealer as not being detrimental to the engines longevity unlike some of the cheaper chips available. It's a TD perfomance chip from THESE GUYS, made in the UK to a very high standard. It's a doddle to fit, just whip off the intercooler cover and remove the injector connectors and connect them into the chip's loom then plug the corresponding male plug back into the ejector, connect it to a power supply, (the battery) and Roberts your mothers brother. It will fit any 2.5 MK6/7 120bhp intercooled engine as long as it has 2 wires to the injector plugs. £200 to your door. It should give around a 10% imcrease in fuel economy if you don't radically alter your driving style to use the increase in power so should pay for itself pretty quick!
  18. No Problem. Craig is the guy you want to speak to. He is the owner of EVO engineering (thirdeye is the shooting accessory side of the business incorporated within EVO)and is a keen stalker. He's a great guy to deal with. It's worth the trip just to have a mooch around the shop floor and ogle all equipment and other shiny wares they produce. I would expect even with frequent range use it would take a loooooong time to wear the alloy baffles out (if at all) as they have a stainless insert to prevent gas cutting.
  19. I've heard reports that titanium mods offer no noticeable advantage over alloy. I would try and check out some of the mods "in the flesh". One thing to consider is that the weight alone does not tell the whole story. I had a T8 and have switched to a thirdeye spartan for basically the same reasons you want. The difference in the handling of the rifle was huge. I can hold the rifle fully outstretched in one hand like a pistol now, no way could I do that with the T8 it was way too muzzle heavy. The bulk of the weight in the thirdeye is in the stainless muzzle brake assembly which is obviousley screwed on the muzzle. The part of the mod that actually sits forward of the muzzle is pretty light so the impact on balance and handling is minimal. Yes there are lighter mods out there but they are muzzle can style ALL of the weight hangs forward of the muzzle. Some more info and pics HERE
  20. Nearly twice the mileage out of the tire compared to the Generals, thats what for so in the long run they work out about the cheapest A/T available. Buy once cry once.
  21. May be of some use in confirming choke........ http://forums.pigeonwatch.co.uk/forums/index.php?/topic/109982-got-an-aya-yeoman/
