I am equally puzzled on your thoughts but do I slang you off of for your thoughts its seems there a little gang on this forum who dont like me.
The strange thing is I hold no malice towards you guys like you seem to hold against me,.
I love AVB polite reply to my thoughts on his oringnal post and take on board his thoughts about private education etc.
I am nor jealous or green with envy how do you guys know my life and lifestyle you dont as you never met me and I do hope some of you can make a trip to me to join me on days shooting one day and have enjoyable day out laughing about our diffrents of opinions on life .

Are you saying he shouldn't pay for his kids education, or have any savings?
Would it be better if he didn't do that and just said 57% on beer and fags?

But does he have to have children in private education err NO does his kids need to go to uni err NO.
Does he have to put 33% of his income into saving err NO

Of course it does nearly 50% of his income is going to a area that could be cut down or even removed from his outgoings.
So if this income is £250 thousand a year then its hardly somethink to grumble about as its seems he is wanting us to feel for HIM.
But if he earns £20 grand a year its brings his plight to a diffrent light even though he would still be putting nearly £10 grand towards a area to that could be remove or reduced.
Added he is saying over 50% of his income is going to saving and school uni fees thats alot ,and could be removed to help him to have more to show for his income.

The only real way to get the overall picture is to know the income which your not going to do I guess.

Yesterday tried our luck at some OSR being wacked hard for a couple of weeks weather fine not perfect ,after struggling we managed 3 between two of us.
Now when I got home and a had message on phone from a farmer drilled some wheat and the birds are wacking it .
Got to field this morning wet muddy and to sum up horrible conditions still did not put us off.
Quad bike out mud flying everywhere in my ears wellies etc,I setup on the high ground after dropping dad off lower down,it was very slow and the birds where not keen to decoy but then after 10 they started moving in big numbers against the wind from a large woods .
Dad had the most shooting and finnished with 138 and me 79 taking us to just over 200 in a short window just got home covered in mud plus dogs great day but not such great weather.
Sorry no pictures as it was just too wet to mess around.

Despite the smoke screen of organic farming there is no such thing there still are alound to use a small amount of chemicals to spray studborn weeds in crops FACT.
Like poppies I sprayed a field last year in the dark to avoid public knowing.

Prince Philip collecting my Gold award.
He amazed me how he showed interest in all the people collecting awards and how from is scheme he got so many young people intersted in active outdor activities for over 50 yrs.
When I pickup my Gold I wanted to go on to higher grades but realized it was up to my to find the higher grades within my self - yep my vote goes to the D of E
Yipee dipee doo loads of other youth workers give that sort of inspiration to others does being so call famous improve that person desire to better thereself .

What I guess is that the fork oil has gone and the springs have rusted in situ.
Take them and send them away for proper repair .

Farming practice and quality of machinery is vastly diffrent in scotland to ours the scots farmer will be driving a combine around that lets more though the seives very few farmers or worker can set a old manual setup of combine, which inturn casues more corn to go over the back which inturn causes more intrest from woodies on the stubble than our modern combine with computer push button seives to each crop type.
I still think woodies like OSR despite what others think we have got chopped maize and woodies still pour into the OSR .
Woodies as we all know are lazy birds and will flight to the nearest crop and rarely flight massive distant from there home woods .
I think on average the most a bird will flight to feed in winter/autum time is 15 clicks and in summer when on a nest even less.

I am old skool never use anythink else than a prusik all this new gucci gear can be good but just more to go wrong and get inspected ever 6 months etc.
And go with JP on lock jack is a good buy once you get the knack of it.
Still I fractured my wrist today I maybe given up proper climbing just doing the kid stuff.

With 15 ferts we can have a good rota as they have been working 3 days a week for last two months .

I know this maybe hard some to belive on this forum but just because I or others make comments on threads REF others knowledge ETC.
Does not mean we know little of the background that is why some but not all forms opinions on subjects and post valid replies to threads because that we or I have had knowledge of the subject to form a opinion on said subject.
EG I worked on a farm I was milking cows from a young age, and then went on to running a 1000 acre arable farm before I was 25 years old.
So my comments are spoken with knowledge not out of my backside,PS have been to farm .

Its not fake but I do think open farms just dont give the full picture without question its a good farm but 99.9% of farms dont operate as his does EG a large work force ETC.
Which for viewers of CF and vistors to his farm think ever farm has rare breeds ETC.
Still I admire is drive and passion for his work .

Your way off the pace...Adam is a proper Farmer as was his dad.
If that the case why does he never air his proper views on CF its always the BBC fluffy wuffy image of farming .
If he yields to there views why present it or is just simple money talks .
