  4. is it my rfd"s details I give them,as theyre the ones transferring it?
  5. exactly mate,im taking it in tomorrow for the variation,so will get full clarification then, thanks mate
  6. ive just had my rfd transfer my moderator to a guys rfd, whos bought it from me,my rfd says he doesn't need to fill in my ticket,is this right, what do I actually put on my ticket? please don't come on and say"i should know" because I don't,as ive never sold a mod before, just need some advice.thanks
  7. exactly...........if you knit another one,do it 28 meshes high, and whatever length you fancy, put it on your poles at around 14 inches high, with as said above a pole at the start then one every 5 or so yards, having atleast 10 yards of net between poles, that will give you 100% bag
  8. too right its a bargain, wish I was off work I would have taken that up
  9. did you knit it yourself, how long is it?
  10. you still need bag in the length mate,id say more so,i set mine at around 14" high on the poles,so that the net hangs loose, not tight like a tennis court net,if you get me,then the length should be set with poles 5 yards apart, some people do 7 yards, and have atleast a yard of "bag"between each pole,so if your net stretched out is say 50 yards,it should be set up 25 yds at the very least, this will give you a yard of bag between poles..
  11. I think hes talking rubbish, like I said he doesn't sell them, just atec and ase.the one on my .17hmr is brilliant, going somewhere else for one for my .223,thanks again guys
  12. price drop to £130 to include RFD transfer fee...........
  13. just what I thought ,cheers lads
  14. I went to a localish gunshop today, ive been there quiet a few times actually,on first name terms ive been in that often...I was asking him about part exing my mod for a dm80 for my .223,he said don't get one as the baffles inside move,as do the wildcats,i took this with a pinch of salt as he seems to be an atec and ase supplier, has anyone heard this before,or is it as I suspect a load of tosh?
  15. I thought id cracked it,i thought I could slip the belt over the fan between the fan and the rad, great idea I thought till I see you cant route the belt onto the pulleys because the belt for the fan blocks it,lol, still struggling, looks like a trip to a garage, dont like doing that if I can do it myself though
  16. I think as the name suggests the ns50 is good for 50 yards, air gun ranges, the viper is good for 110yds,according to nitesite ,I haven't used either one so that's all oi can tell you mate,i reckon with extra more powerful ir,you should get even more range, hope that helps
  17. a friend of mine is selling a brand new nitesite viper, never been out the box,he wants £300 for it,also a brand new mk3m ferret finder with 1 collar,£100,pm me for his number as he aint a member on here........ http://www.nitesite.com/products/scope-mounted/viper https://www.melbournegun.co.uk/product/deben-ferret-finder-mk3m-mk3-16ft-2015-uk-model-with-collar/?gclid=CNTuy6PcksgCFSQHwwodxR4FdA
  18. thanks guys, but the thing is,theres no room to get a socket on to the bolt head, its a 2ltr petrol by the way,it has to come off,to be able to route the new belt,i think shocking them off maybe the answer, ill get the Mrs to pop her head under the bonnet, that should shock them enough,lol............ they wont be left hand threads either as when im counteracting the clutch spindle from moving, neither side is giving way,if you know what im trying to say
  19. I know how to do it ,BUT ,how the heck do I get the 4 fan mounting bolts off? ive been on ages trying to loosen them,as the fan turns ,so when I lock it,the bloomin bolts wont budge,is there a knack to it without rounding off the fan bolts??
  20. yes it would in a way,you don't want it straight up and down like a tennis court net,the actual "bag" is made up by adding extra length,so a 100 yard long net set at 50 yards would give 50% bag and a 200 would give you 100% bag,is that understandable,lol...............
  21. great stuff mate,well done...........
