I have the following airguns that i no longer need and would like to swap them for ferreting gear (hopefully hemp purse nets) but anything interesting is ok with me . ASI rangemaster, .22 good nick. Baikel ij38 .177 good condition Webley senior .22 good overall condition apart from some cracking to the metalwork around the front chamber plug which has been repaired.

Try rubbing a little back to black bumper polish into it, i use it on a couple of guns that i have with kickeze pads fitted

The way i see it is this, i will happily list somthing that is worth £100 on ebay for £1 no reserve as i know it will fetch a good price, any other auction sites i would basically put a starting bid somewhere around my asking price and be happy to get just one bid on it. I've been a member since you advertised the site on the bbs's but havent brought or sold anything there yet. I suppose it all goes back to the traffic/regestered members thing. This £20 deal sounds good to me, is that £20 per item or am i reading it wrong?

I've just part exd my old sbs baikel for a new o/u (i dont know the model no but it must be the same one i would think) I use it as a knock about gun ferreting, foxing etc and it hasnt missed a beat, if it lasts aswell as my old sbs i will be very pleased

The valve will relese at "low" pressure because the isnt enough air pressure behind it to keep the vlave tightly closed, my super 10 does the same thing.

A good friend and experienced foxer that i shoot with some how uses a piece of string to do this, i've never seen him do it so i dont know what else is involved. I will see him in the week so i'll ask for you.

the gauge on the divers bottle is the one to go by, gauges on guns are known for sometimes not being to accurate. Dont overfill whatever you do or you could have an explosion on your hands :yp: what is the fill pressure ment to be on the gun? most are around 180 bar with 200 being max working pressure. Having never owned an air arms pre charged i'm not sure of its fill pressure.

Only 3 years sniper, have you gone mad. I thought you would have taken out a 25 year endowment policy with a lump sum back at the end :yp:

What gun are youi going to fire them from? if it has a rifled barrel then dont do it as they will damage the rifleing

A good friend had a miroku trap gun teagued, the turnaround was very fast (well under a fortnight) but it depends on thier workload i suppose i think all in inc 4 chokes it was around the 400 mark but dont quote me on it, i dont think you can go far wrong with it myself as he regulates the gun and patterns it etc, i know this gun came back throwing a lovley pattern with any of the chokes, but it is costly. The quality of thier work is top class, i have just had some work done (not chokes) on a perazzi by them, Nigel is a great chap to deal with, like anything in life you get what you pay for.

If it is in the condition you describe and you can get it for 55 quid snap it up, that would be a very good price for it.

Right as an update to my last thread here is my latest list of things that are up for grabs. Venom viper precharged, .22x 2 shot, super accurate and in vgc inc simmons nightview 1.5-5x20 scope and mounts. £260 posted. selleng or buying? lets have some more detail, eg, is it scoped? is it complete (inc open sights) is it a standard hw35 or somthing more fancy? and how bad and widespread is the pitting?
