Hi, just received my shotgun certificate renewal forms but nowhere does it mention sending new passport photos. Do they just use the same pictures from 5 years ago?

A new spring can't be that expensive to discount that problem. Does anyone know where you can get one. Tried Chambers and Midway ............ nothing ?

I only use 70mm but it makes no difference. I'm thinking about a new mag spring as suggested above, about the only thing I haven't tried !!. having a problem sourcing one at the moment, any ideas ?

I'm having exactly the same problem, new seal, extractor claw and thoroughly cleaned but it still won't cycle properly. Just a thought, I was told today that if you don't hold them really tight they could refuse to cycle ?

That is a good call and will look into it, it does at times make some strange noises when fired, as if it was empty!! However I think secretgaentmole's links did provide some good info that I had not previously considered. Thanks Aga Man

Thanks mate for all your help............ appreciated ............

Apologies, I should of said that the gun is resting on a cushion on the window sill with my elbow planted on the kitchen sink. Could you explain "even an inch different hold can affect the point of impact with a springer" please.
-
Thanks for the reply. I am no expert with this gun and have only put about 1200 pellets through it, I'm shooting paper targets from the kitchen window which is almost as good as a bench rest. I would say that about 40% shoot a good few inches low. The rest are generally on the bull. Any ideas ?
