Hi Chris, Checked this for you. The rifle is around 7 years old, it was bought new and may have fired 120 rounds at the outside. I'm selling this for my brother who was for many years a highly trained professional marksman and did most of his shooting with official firearms and ammunition. This is his stalking rifle, it has been very well cared for and he didn't fire many rounds because he really never needed more that one shot. (I once saw him head shoot a rabbit from a standing postion at 130 paces) I think the asking price is pretty close to the real value of the rifle. However, I could send you his contact details if you like, he may negotiate with someone who he takes a liking to. You might want to take a slightly less confrontational starting postion mind you.

My 223 and my 44 dies both have the calibre stamped where yours have 243.

The digital calipers look like a good bet too.

These are very cheap at Henry Krank - £26.50/500 for 0.429, 240gr. I was thinking of ordering some for 44 Mag reloading and just wondered if anyone had feedback on their performance.

"Tay" Muck boots are awesome, brilliant for the money.I also have a pair of Gates Quad Bike boots, but you can't get them now, they're excellent too. A bit like "Tack" Muckboots.

Got mine thanks.

Arrived today along with the extended mag release lever from Ebay. Fitted it all and it's very much nicer than the old one. Nice doing business with you. The old one is all full of ****, which is a surprise since I was told the gun had been cleaned and serviced when I bought it. I think I will try and renovate it and see what i can end up with.
