  1. I would recommend a pint of thatchers cold at the thatch in croyde if its warm enough.
  2. I can't give you anymore details on other grounds in the area, but I will say I have shot at north devon shooting ground when on holiday and it was very good. really nice layout/stands and good chaps running the place.
  3. I have seen quite a few people with these on at my local clay ground but to be honest I have never seen anyone actually use them. Useful idea but of no use really? or maybe a easy Christmas present for the shooter in the family.
  4. I have also seen this before. but on older cars normaly.
  5. hi i just got a new gun and want to try it out. can anyone recomend somewhere thats going to be open tomorow for a practice round or something? shropshire area preferably. i just can't wait to have a go with it.
  6. 28g of 7.5s for clays 30g of 6s pigeons and 32g of 5s for bolting rabbits.
  7. took jono out on the clays again today. not only is he a good bloke but he's a safe shot and he's not to bad at braking clays either. you can't ask for much more than that.
  8. i would say it depends on the type, age and price of the car being sold as to the best place to try. when i was selling my impreza i tried free adds and gumtree first and had nothing but time wasters for 2 weeks most of them texts to see if i wanted to swap or px with some wreck. so i up it on autotrader and it sold in a couple of days. it was a clean standard car if it was a tarted up boy racer ca. i would have gone to piston heads first.
  9. slimshooter out of intrest why stay clear of allcocks
  10. Where abouts in andalucia is it?
  11. I have been using express hv 24g for a while now and i must say i like them a lot. I had some top scores lately at my local ground but i must admit none of the stands are too far out. I get good brakes with them better than some of the guys using 28g anyway.
  12. lee is a great bloke and i had a good first day on the pigeons with him saturday just gone. just wish i could have hit more (i swear i would have missed the floor if i fell over)look forward to going shooting with him again sometime.
