Gamebore 36g #3s for the ducks and tungsten matrix 42g #1 for the geese tungsten matrix is £20 for 10 carts but how often do you get under geese on the shore?

2012 count after three flights at lindisfarne 2 mallard, 1 shoveler , 11 teal , hope this great start continues through the season, I have a great pic of my lab I want to upload to

Seen around 40/50 coming into lindisfarne whilst I was flighting ducks yesterday they flew straight over to the cut fields to feed

It was truly amazing but me and my friend had been sitting out for almost 2 hours and wigeon were flighting just out of range , then the sun set and just as we were whispering about leaving in the next five minutes, we heard the whistling and whizzing of a real around us and 20 yards in front of us was a sharp splash I said its a bit late for real now isn't it? To my friend and I told to start calling on his teal whistle and all of a sudden he said ssssshhhh and turned round and dropped a real stone dead from around 30 yards , it was like he had eyes at the back of his head, from then on it was someone had flipped a switch and packs upon packs of teal whizzed past us snap shooting I took 2 teal out a pack of 4 with 2 shots , we must of had over 150 teal whizz past us most gone unseen but not unheard then the ones we were lucky to catch the sight off felled to our barrels it was a flight that will stick in my mind for the rest of my life truly an amazing night

Ahh were up there 29th until 6th this month had a cracking night flight in Harvey's island one to remember we fired 24 carts for 11 teal !!! And it was near enough pitch black before they starting flying round was an absolute amazing flight proba one of the best ill ever have up there shame bout the carts to birds but they are extremely quick and it was pitch black

Snap dawn tredder and I get a few of my mates home loaded 42g powershot through 1/2 choke knocked 3 pinks stone dead with 3 shots last season at 70yatds!!

How often do you go up to lindisfarne? And where do you live? I'm up there for 9 solid days with my friend and our 2 labs on the last weekend in sept and first week in October , just when all the ducks n geese arrive, of your up give us a shout as well be shooting everyday and your welcome to join us Got a touring caravan so will be up there most weekends during season shooting from fri night to sun morning if your interested give me a shout pal

I had a look up this morning and shot 2 mallard and a shoveler! Never had a shoveler there so was pleased, Colin said its the first his seen in years!

Ive shot lindisfarne for the past 6 years and end of sept start of October is the best for ducks , you get around 14,000 wigeon coming in during this 2 week period and they just love the decoys:) I don't even bother going up until then an then onwards it's fab!!
