They can be a great source of pain or enjoyment.
Anyone remember the programme a few years back on a Friday or Saturday night that ended with -
Girls On Trampolines.

A friend (honest) sent Waitrose an email asking if they could widen their parking spaces so he could park "The Bentley" easier !
They replied saying others had asked the same and it was being looked into !
I just let the chauffeur drive round the block and call her when ready

Just buy thinner gloves

Mines had a few thousand through it and never missed a beat on 70mm 28 gram.

I wonder if they'd improve my clay scores

How come a detachable magazine can be sent through normal post as opposed to RFD-RFD?
That's a good question - answers on a post card !

You have to ask where the continuity in sentencing is,and why it is not applied to it's full force as a deterrent to others, and also what happened to the father for letting his son have access to his firearms.
Drugs+firearms=slap on the wrist
I agree totally - Makes a joke of it !

No extra charge on Vodafone and works a treat.

How can a loaded magazine be considered to be a loaded firearm, when the definition of a fire arm is clearly stated.
The term firearm is defined as a lethal barrelled weapon of any description from which any shot, bullet or other missile can be discharged
Moderators are classed as firearms so maybe loaded mags are too ?

Strange you should say that...
This is a Canada I shot on the first day, there were pellets in the game bag and on boning out I found the wad inside with some shot in it. The wad had turned round and entered the bird wrong way round. Needless to say it dropped like a stone. Solway steel 3" No.1`s.
At what distance was this one shot?
Never seen this before - cracking picture proof.
Only ever seen wads hit pattern plates before this.
-
Open to offers - anyone?
-
Stick with a 3-9x scope, they are plenty for most shots.

I sold a pair of rubber gauntlets on Ebay once , advertised them as 'suitable for petrol pump attendants or people with a rubber fetish' two blokes had a bidding war for them, one was a guy from Germany called Kurt, I looked at there feedback and some of the stuff they had bought was worrying to say the least
Having said that I also bought a V guard safety helmet on there once and we get them supplied for nothing at work
Both times I have been drunk honestly occifer
"I was drunk" - never used that one before !

Stunning little scope that I got for an underlever of mine, but decided I still prefer open iron sights on it.
Been sat in a drawer for a while as I thought it too nice to get rid off.
Selling to part fund a new scope for use on a .308.
Excellent condition - no crimp marks or any other for that matter.
Brilliant clear optics and usual quality from Leupold.
Link below shows model and spec -

Great come back !

The way I tried mine initially was to fit them and then with a bore scope checked where they sat within the barrel.
Then, when I was happy I started using the gun - checking them for tightness after each stand.

Drive belt for lawnmower. £2.50 tinternet next day delivered to door. Same make of belt £15 from local dealer and I would have had to drive 10 mile round trip to get it. I know that they have overheads but that is TOO MUCH. Shame isn't it.
I know what you mean -
I always try and help local merchants like for fresh produce, meat and also for more valuable purchases.
It seems the oddball stuff is what you pay through the nose for at local level.

Without stating the obvious name of said site.
Has anyone else just sat there and thought - is there anything you cannot buy off of there?
I have a little project on at the moment - making a small barrel shroud for my nephew's air rifle.
I needed a 15.5mm twist drill so was going to have a look in the local DIY store and forgot.
Got home and thought internet - got one for £3 delivered !
Then sat there thinking that I need to go to local engineers to get some 25mm diameter ally bar and trying to work out when I would have the time and opportunity.
You've probably guessed the next bit -
Typed 25mm aluminium bar into the search and voila - up came loads of options.
Got a piece of 25mm x 300mm long for £7 delivered (possibly expensive?) so all sorted.
Hopefully all here for this weekend and then off to use mates lathe to sort the 200mm shroud.
What's the quirkiest things others have found - either due to struggling locally to obtain or just laziness?
Cheers.

I have some Teague Beretta mobil extended ones that I use with my Bettinsoli, Hatsan and 686 Beretta.
Part exchanged the 686 but kept the Teagues still to use in the other 2 guns.
My new Beretta has different chokes, but at least it came with a full set of fancy ones.
I can only speak from my experience but I have never had an issue using mobil fitment ones - plus you only need to carry one set and it does not matter which gun you pick up.
I now have to carry 2 sets, but love my new gun so can live with that.

It get to the bits that you cannot - supposedly
I use a sachet of it in my cabinets - for the cost, if it saves one bit of rust forming then well worth it

Metal gun and plastic laser so I doubt any mark would be left.
Mounts in front of trigger guard so no issues there either.
