+1 for Wagg - once the dog is past the puppy food stage. The dogs are healthy and full of energy, they have a good covering and beautiful shiny coats. If you are near a Costco they sell it for £7/bag. During the puppy phase my dogs are raised on Skinners. ATB Neil M

Eat slices of green apple and dry crackers (eg water biscuits). We sailed through a storm in the bay of biscay last year and were the only ones still eating our dinner after using that trick!! I agree with the bracelet/ wrist band tip.

We have cruised round the med twice, we are mid thirtys and kids are quite young. We used Royal Caribbean and the service was 6 star. There is plenty to do but make sure you get the travel agent to request a private table for evening dining if you don't want to be stuck with AR$Es !!
