Got mine fitted today as well. Loving the work! Lightyears better than having the forked lifter, looks better and doesn't tear you thumb in half. Can't recommend getting this done enough, if you've ever thought about getting it done then do it, PM Shaun AKA bunnykiller and as mark said above, only £10 so it's well worth having done to any semi that bites!

Looking good mate!

PRICE REDUCED. £750 ONO! -
24 inch barrel and 40 inches overall length i believe. Can have a barrel less than 24 inches on an fac as long as its not pump or semi.

Yea mate the trigger on my remmy versa max is really easy to work with. It's exactly the same as a benelli, just need to pop out 1 or two pins

Anyone know somewhere or someone that can weld your semi auto lifter? This is what I'm looking for

All the extras came with the gun when I bought it. I want to sell the whole lot at once but I'm sure midwayuk will do one or brownells -
Barrels scratched !! Wood dented !! Fore end slack
timmy1146 replied to Danoi99's topic in Guns & Equipment
Used regular birch wood casey bluing for my sbs. Followed instructions to the dot, looks good in low light but outside in the sun the bluing isn't the best looking, doesn't look deep and black can still see a sort of silver shimmer to the bluing. Wish I had of got the equipment to do a hot bluing job or slow rust bluing! -
Interesting, not that I'm expecting the gun to break or anything. Just as a piece of mind I know I've got something to fall back on if the gun does happen completely shut down

Multi choking an old antique, good or bad idea?
timmy1146 replied to gduk's topic in Guns & Equipment
Please do not ruin an original 1887 by having screw in chokes added or even a multi choke attached, find it such a shame when good, old original guns aren't kept original. If i wanted the chokes added i'd just sell it and buy a norinco model and have that multi choked. Atleast then i wouldn't have to worry about destroying a 125 year old gun -
Just saying since that hatsans aren't exactly known for there fine build quality. And when i say obviously better, i'm not talking huge amounts.... But the lecture was appreciated
-
Got a ported one for my hatsan. Pretty good for the price, obviously threw better patterns than the factory chokes and looks cool as well
-
Just hoping they have more than two for sale....
-
Just the gun I'm looking for! Thanks for sharing!

Fair bit of recoil. I borrowed one for a weekend, wasn't used in the rain. Gave it clean and a wipe down with 3 in 1 oil and put it in the cabinet. Took it out a day later and the barrels blueing had a nice later of rust on it. That was the shiny blued barrel version not the matt black finish. Must admit i did like the whole modular design and mechanics of it all

Does any one know if the bolt from a 1100 will fit in a 1187?
