Pigeonblasterian very kindly took me for my first ever pigeon shoot yesterday, this was our bag! A brilliant day, despite the cold, and huge thanks to him for his time and expertise. Top man!!! I have them all breasted and chilling now, 'till I decide which way I am going to cook some for tonight's dinner, then the rest will be frozen. Hope the pic uploads, as this is my first attempt at that as well....Mike

That's really tough, I hope the insurance don't give you too hard a time of it. Personally, I would NEVER have any sticker in my car that has any link to shooting. Just makes YOU a target I think... Even to having your car broken into to see if there are any guns in it. ATB, Mike.

Working Saturday morning, then got my 87yr-old parents arriving Saturday pm for the rest of the weekend - be a bit rude to go off and leave them here... Could do the weekend after no prob. Hi to all, I'm in East Yorkshire, nearest town of size is Market Weighton. Recently received my SGC, and apart from a little shotgun shooting many years ago, am new to shotguns. I did shoot target handgun for a long time, up until the ban, but am now really enjoying the shotgun. Clays only so far, but looking forward to have a crack at pigeon. Looks like a great forum, (I've been lurking and browsing... ). I hope I can participate and both learn and contribute. Cheers, Mike.
