Fal is right, FB recently in small print have said any of your images they can use, however the newspaper being a 3rd party should not be able to publish your images without your consent. I speak as a former commercial photographer who took someone to court over copyright and won.

We have just moved and I found myself saying something to our solicitor I thought I would never utter to a man in their proffession - "Thanks you did a really efficient and quick job"!! But usually you do have to hassle. hassle. hassle. You can see why it is the 3rd most stressful thing you do in your life after bereavement and divorce!!

Sorry to hear about your theft. A similar thing happened to us at our shop, someone knicked the Crimbo tree. the cctv got them. but and get this because we did not have a sticker warning them there was cctv the police could not do anything because as they told me "not warning them they were being filmed knicking stuff breached their human rights"!!! Human rights are great but who exactly are they meant to protect?

Hi and welcome, You may be OK, our local officer said they are most concerned about people with a history of violence, depression or mental instability through losing a job or marital breakdown etc. So as everyone is saying just apply and be straight up with them. Good luck.

Just moved into the area from Cornwall. Have already been to Barbury SG with my son so he can have a few lessons clay pigeon shooting, which he enjoyed. Starting to look around for clubs a bit closer to home where we can both go to shoot some sporting. ideally a friendly "laid back" club. In an ideal world would love to find some land where we can go with with our own trap and practise as well as do some air rifle shooting - something for the future though I think. Anyway looking forward to some friendly advice and banter on here!! PS my real name is not Grayson, it's my kids nickname for me due to my hair colour, they do not laugh as much though when I tell them it's genetic - ha!!!
