Driving through winterton at about 1130 am to day the sky were filled with geese going on sugar beet thay look like pinks couldn't get closer nuff to see have any one been close to them

harrycatcat1 there was loads about in morning but no cloud so they kept on the boundary. and being next rspb marsher got to be on best behavior. went for dinner down ram and flag when we came back all ducks have lander were we had the decoys in morning. so thats why i ask about the spinner. do they work all not. we don't have the amount of water here in yarmouth like welney

went on welney marsher last monday. with a good frend for the day he put the decoys out and one with spinning wings. just wondering do they work here because iv see them on dvd from usa

iv got a ralph grant 8 bore. i always used plastic wads with it. but i didn't think it was a bored out ten their seamed to be to much meat on it. if it was a ten it would be a very heavy one i haven't loader any sins the lead ban i brought sum loads

That was always the best time to be on bredyon, where prying eyes were all at home. I haven't walked the dikes under the moon in many years, but I have stood many a night in the garden watching wigeon and pinks under the moon.
