  1. Hello. This pickup has just been replaced with an '03 model so it is up for sale. It is very tidy and straight, pulls well and is totally reliable. It has 113392 miles but will go up slighty as we still use it on occasion. It is taxed until 30/4/12 and MOT'd until May (I think - I am at work and the MOT certificate is at home, I will check). Everything works well and it clean inside and out. It is not you typical farm machine. Any questions I will be glad to answer, so give me ring on 07763981121 rather than email on here - I rarely check my emails and suchlike! We are looking for around £2500 or near offer. Thanks. Stephen.
  2. Hello. It was registered in December '99 on a V registration. It has done ~135000 miles, been regularly serviced and drives well.
  3. Landrover 110 TD5 Utility This is an ex E-ON works vehicle, build by Landrover special vehicles. As it is a Utility model, is comes with larger suspension and bigger axles. It has a 7 ton train weight, the maximum allowed before a C1 HGV license is required. It is in good condition, with usual Landrover work related dents. It runs very well - the TD5 in this being more powerful than standard due to it's specification. The PTO powered hydraulic winch works perfectly - it is a Ramsey unit rated at 6 tons. There is also a hydraulic service, originally used for breakers, jacks and croppers but able to run most agricultural and commercial implements, including bale wrappers. MOT - March 2012 Tax - September 2011 It has reinforced industrial mud terrain tyres - reinforced to handle large loads when winching and being driven off road as they are rock resistant (much more sidewall strength). Both flashing beacons are operational and come with it. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have. £4990 + VAT
  4. Hello Ben, Here is the link to the picture: http://forums.pigeonwatch.co.uk/forums/ind...p;hl=winchester I was looking for around £200 as it is in ver good order and is superbly maintained. Trigger assembly and action have been cleaned and silicone lubricated as this does not run or evaporate and does not discolour wood or blueing. It has a new mag spring and the wood is in good condition. It is also very easy to shoot! Hence me getting another! Cappy
  5. Hi there. I am just north of Preston, Not too far for you. You could take my Winchester Ranger 120 pump action off me if you like? I have two of them, one on an FAC so the SGC 3-shot is up for grabs. Interested? Cappy
  6. 'Tis true mate. As long as genuine LR service items are used your warrenty is good. This also applies to other parts too, unless software is required. Cappy
  7. Hello Axe. I work for Volvo (for now, our dealership might not make it through the recession) and I was wondering how old your car was? Gas discharge bulbs are lot classed as a consumable/wearing part. They are covered for the duration of the car's guarantee. This includes labour. Dont let the ******* shaft you, Axe! Cappy
  8. Hi there. I am just north of Preston. A pretty easy hop from anywhere! Cappy
  9. Another shooting 4x4 comes... one must go. The Fourtrak is diesel, turbocharged and four wheel drive. The 4wd is electronically selectable with a seperate diff lock and freewheel hubs. All four tyres are as new. As it is a chop-job, it is not coachbuilt like a Bentley but it is watertight and rot free. It has low miles and therefore pulls incredibly well- it is very good on a trailer. Should you wish to fill the back up with logs rather than freshly-shot quarry, the rear window is plexiglass so there are no worries about it breaking! All tyres are as new, and the interior is clean and spacious especially behind the seats where there is room for stuff and even another person at a pinch. It is taxed until 30th April 2009 and has an MOT until 7th September 2009. I am looking for £600 or it will go on good old Ebay. Cappy
  10. The truck is still open to offers! Cappy
  11. Sorry chaps, you are all way out. The four wheel drive (transfer box) is engaged electronically. The Hi/Low and diff lock are on a seperate gear stick and the front hubs can lock/freewheel buy turning the button on each hub. If left unlocked, the wheels are not turning the halfshafts and front diff therefore creating less drag for normal 2 wheel drive use. They must be locked in order to use the 4 wheel drive, however. For field/icy road use I tend to leave the hubs locked and drive in 2 wheel drive unless things become slippery then the 4wd can be engaged at the flick of a switch. PS it is still for sale! Cappy
  12. I suspect it might be 126000 miles though, considering it's age. Cappy
  13. An indicated 26000 miles. That is also what the MOT confirms. So not high!
  14. Cheers fellas! Better still, dig deep!
