cappy0766 replied to cappy0766's topic in Guns for Sale (Private Sales)
28'' multichoke. Just been serviced and got a new mag spring. -
Good choice steveb. I got mine from milner off road [they have a web site] at a reasonable £120ish. If you go down this route I would be happy to walk you through fitting if you needed it. Cappy

Hello there. Driving off without disengaging your front hubs on a number of occations will have worn out the clutches in your automatic locking front hubs, and most likely knocked the outer halves of the teeth off. I suspect it sometimes goes 'ZZZZZZZZZZZZ' when you set off sometimes, when you have recently been in four wheel drive? Another sign is a nasty clunking when in four wheen drive as the hubs skip a few teeth. There is no real remedy for this, other than replace. My Isuzu pickup (Vauxhall Brava) was just the same way when I got it so I threw away the old worn auto hubs and replaced them with stronger manual ones. Does this help? Cappy

Winchester Ranger 12g Pump Action for sale SGC

FAC version was a bit more, but it was newer and, of course, FAC. It wasnt in as good condition as the SGC one mind. It is not too difficult to get a section 1 shotgun on your ticket as long as you actually need one for smoking rabbits, flighting pigeons etc. Enjoy your O/U fella! -
I have a 3-shot Winchester Ranger 12g pump action up for grabs. Selling due to buying the exact same gun on a Section 1, I like it that much! £200

Hello there. I need a mod for my Sako .243. I am ticketed for it but being the tight-**** I am, wouldnt have it screw cut when I bought it. So I am having it done this weekend. Good mods only please. Buy cheap, but twice as they say!

Its good to see an XK being used as it should.... most owners are waiting for God! [i meet a few, I work for Jaguar]!!

That looks like a right laugh! Where was it? There a quite a few good roads around me too, more your fell-type stuff though. But the Brava performs admirably!
-
Fine shooting, all clean shots. Good work!

If I did this to my Sako .243 a would bloody well deserve the resulting bill!!!! There is no excuse for lax behaviour when firearms are concerned.

I have a couple of permissions locally and was wondering if there was anyone else with they're own permissions nearby? I little change of scenery is always nice! Kendal/Lancaster kind of area. I am pretty flexible, mind! Safe shooters only please. Steve

Hello all. I am after a 5 or more shot pump action 12 bore. No Manufance or such cheapies please, just your usual Remingtons, Mossbergs, Benellis etc. My 3-shot Winchester is a corking gun but I am after a bit more capacity. Thanks!

Top left is my little CZ .22, its a corking gun! Gets a hell of a lot of use like.

What does everyone use as a lamping vehicle? Landrover, pickup, bike? My rig is a Vauxhall Brava 4x4 pickup. Not bad, but I want more grunt so im hunting for a good hilux or nissan pickup. Ill whiz a pic on soon..!

Propane is cheaper by far, acetelene burns metal better and gives a more controllable flame.

modulars are steel mate. if you bend one you can hammer it straight!
