An HMR is an HMR, and all models will do exactly the same. There is the CZ American, which has a more traditional stock and a light barrel, the Varmint, which has a heavy barrel and a slightly different stock, the Sillhouette, which has a synthetic stock and blued barrel and the Style which has a syn stock and a stainless barrel. It is down to which you like the look of. The inside of the barrels and the action are the same.

I prefer a short barrel as it then doesn't knock into things so often, and the look of a heavy barrel. I have a CZ Varmint in HMR, and found it to be very reliable and accurate.
