fortune82
I bought the 2.0 litre model on a 55 plate with 25000 miles on it last November for 4K. 30-35MPG, quiet on the road and reasonably good off road and reliability is perfect so far. Bit choppy and bouncy over rough roads but you cant have everything!

mr lee
Mrs Lee has a 54 plate V6 tara. Have to say so far it has been spot on and i've off roaded it. Only problem has been a broken rear door handle. Replaced under warranty so a bigger bonus. Drives well on and off road. Fair on fuel but really comfy having the full leather interior. robmiller
Pretty happy to go for it. Cant get much for less than 2k. Plus road tax stays down with it being pre 2001. Even if it only lasts a couple of years. Some new seat covers and will be ok. Any ideas to fix a la$p on it?
smiiithy
It looks like your patience paid dividends and you’ve found a nice example for a good price Since you don’t have much bartering room might as well try and blag a tank of fuel and some rubber mats  Good luck with the purchase mate

minghis
Looks good. I had one of these a few years ago. Good to drive and very practical. Watch out for the fuel consumption though - mine only did about 20mpg running around locally. Other than that, ideal.
robmiller
Should be mostly be one or two trips to the shops and the gym. Mostly out and about so this should be ok. Pleased with that
