chrispti Posted October 24, 2009 Report Share Posted October 24, 2009 The rain had finally stopped this afternoon, so I popped out for the last couple of hours, up to a field which has a small wood at one end to see if I could bag a few woodies comming into roost. I have shot there twice recently and managed 2 pigeons on the first outing and 3 on the second. I stood on a corner of the wood and tucked back into a bush. The wind was strong and there were a good few birds about Had a really enjoyable time and shot quite well (for me anyway ) managed a left and right and a couple of nice high birds too. Finished up with 20 pigeons (lost 4 in thick cover) and a jackdaw, all for 36 cartridges Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
