wacker
I know the design is quite old, but are they any good for my .22lr? I like the slim lines of them rather than a big can. On the subject - i currently use an A&M mod, they are a ****** to strip and clean as they have a gauze wrapped in a cloth type material that is a pain to get back into the can. Though it is very quiet on my annie.
PaulABF
I use a PH on my rimmie, It camw with it and I see no reason to change it. It's no louder or quieter than other rimmies I've heard with different mods. I use winnie subs with it and it seems pretty quiet to me. PaulABF
I dug mine out the other week. It was full of hardened-on gunk. Had to chip it off all the individual baffles with a leatherman tool.
njc110381
I prefer the SAK myself. That said it is a bit fatter, I can see why you like the PH. The PH seems to have a much more solid build too and they feel like they will last forever. They work fine on a .22lr. My mate uses one on his and it's as good as a SAK to my ears
welshwarrior
I have a PH and SAK both look well the SAK is lighter but PH has better lines to it both fine to clean don't need it often and I can't tell if one is louder than the other. Beardo
i think the SAK is very slightly quieter than the PH, but the PH is more solid and doesn't 'ting' loudly if you hit it against something, plus it's much slimmer (suits my featherlight Annie .22 nicely)
