Has anyone used one of these

Recommended Posts

I didn't know which section to put this in as this feeder allegedly is for feeding pheasants, deer, ducks you name it.

Has anyone used one and if so what did you think to it.

I was thinking of using one for wild duck on some boggy ground that would be awkward to reach on a daily basis.

I bought 3 at the begining of the season for the very same reason. 1 never worked and whilst the other 2 do still work they're not all they're cracked up to be. Don't spread the distance and are affected by strong winds constantly emptying the funnel feed. They're also not very robust and the casings break. The ones I have will do but I wouldn't buy any others of this particular make.

Thanks Highlander, thats unfortunate but did you not get back on to the folks that sold them to you?

Sometimes these things are described to work wonders and they dont and then you think goodness gracious me I have been had again I have done it a few times thats why I thought I would ask the question "are they any good".

How did you solve the problem of feeding, did you get a different type?
