Its a big white one, which is also heavy. These shots where taken from about 8 x 10 yards and I could hear the claws of the bird on the bark of the tree stump. The lens was actually a little to large for the shots, as I wanted to catch the woody in flight really. Flying flat and at me. Next time maybe. danccooke Posted December 9, 2009 Report Share Posted December 9, 2009 (edited) I know what you mean about wrong lens, on holiday earlier this year in Arizona the Humming Birds came in much closer than expected I was zoomed out almost all the way. not hijacking but will put up the best shot i got.
