Cosd
Sorry for the silly question guys, but how do you hang a pheasant? Shot two cock pheasants today and I want to cook them up for new years eve when my two shooting buddies and their wives coming round for the night. They are going to hang in a shed, but how do you hang them? Can you hang them from the feet? Will they be OK hung till Friday night? Thanks guys!! Catamong
Hi Cos, Hang 'em by the neck, they'll still be fine by Friday, be careful where you pluck 'em, the feathers will get everywhere. Cat.

Blunderbuss
Pluck and draw (gut) them when they've finished hanging, before you cook (or freeze) them. Useful guide here Loads of video guides on you tube as well. Good luck
