joeainscow
cowboy1403 kindly contacted me and informed me that the land is question is not covered by the right to roam. It seems that only certain land comes under the right to roam legislation. Its my grandads land by the way. Unfortunately i'm not a member of any group such as B.A.S.C I think it would be a good idea to join, especially with this going on. Vince Green
Do they still sell those birdscarers like big bangers in a string?
arjimlad
It sounds very much like civil trespass and a solicitor's letter to him from the landowner asking him to desist from trespassing & threatening expensive court proceedings might out him in his place. The police might (should) be interested in the aggravated trespass side of things(as he is deliberately disrupting shooting). Whatever, cases are won & lost on the quality of the evidence so I strongly suggest you take a digital camera/video camera out with you to obtain evidence of his trespassing and his conduct, which you can then show to the police or to the District Judge via a county court action.
