I wouldn't be jumping on a plain into harare in a hurry its the idea of going in to the lions den. However as said most people would feel perfectly safe going to south africa and i have friends and family out there and it is not safe and people are getting out of there fast. I have family who lived in zim then went to South Africa and are now residing in Mozambique.
