Beretta28g Posted February 11, 2010 Report Share Posted February 11, 2010 Its the estate rifle princible if a tenant or employee of theowner of the land has lawfull cerification for the use of the weapon and is OVER 21 then he may take any one out to shoot with him as long as their over 16( ) but they must be in the company of the holder of the weapon. If you are shooting on your permission, you can allow someone else to shoot your gun(s) if you are present. Estate rifles don't have to be owned by the estate, but if you are serving the estate then you can allow others to use them, at your peril obviously as you are responsible for those guns and the where the bullet ends up.
