Problem semi-auto

As Cranfield says, the loads you are using may be causing a problem. Try using a slightly heavier load if possible and see how that is. i.e 28g instead of 24g.

When was the last time you cleaned your gun thoroughly? A dirty action and bolt may cause a problem.

If in doubt, consult a gunsmith for his opinions.

Hope you get it sorted!

Rob.

I use an old franchi and I had this trouble a lot untill I found out the trouble. Now it fires anything over 30 g . Take off the barrel and at the end of the mag tobe is a plastic ring, running in a grove in this ring is a steel ring . Make sure that tha gaps where the rings join are in line. This allow's the barrel to recoil smoothly and the gun to cycle.
