Hi Ian E

I have only just booked the ground on Monday this week and I have given the ground a rough indication on numbers so they can arrange staff etc.

I am organising this around my "proper job" and part of the reason for the date being May was to give me time to sort things out including getting money in. I am getting more PM's everyday and staying on top of it is a part-time job ! :good::yes:

I would like all payments in ASAP and suggest that all cheques are sent ASAP to avoid disappointment but wont be issuing a "latest date" now when there are still 3 months to go.

Cheers

Ok, i will bring enough books of raffle tickets for sale on the day,

£5 a strip sounds fair....

i might even put other peoples stubbs in the draw or i may just put mine in, depending on the overall result, (got to win something) :good:
