majordisorder
Been looking at getting some shooting clothing for clays and found the musto polo, looks like a good idea but is it any good? Also, any recommendations for a (budget < £60) clay/skeet vest?

Also, any recommendations for a (budget < £60) clay/skeet vest? Not sure on the vests - Depends whether you want a stringy skeet type jobby or something you can use in the filed. As far as a padded polo shirt goes, i would be thinking it would be useful along the lines of chocolate tea pots, motorcycle ash trays and the like. I bought a couple of the polos last year and have found them very good. There is a new colour out this year so I will grab one when I'm next at Doveridge as they did me a good deal on the other 2. As for a vest, the Leon Grant Sportsman vest is very good and in your budget

Chard
I've got one of these Gamekeepers vest - far more practical than these mincing string vest skeet things If I had a criticism of it, it would be that it's quite a lot shorter than a skeet vest, but I've got used to that, you don't need pockets dragging round your knees really and it's got NO TOP POCKET  Shock, horror, no top pocket, why did they miss that out? Useful vest though, warmer than those stupid string things, probably good for game shooting, as that what it was designed for, though I'm just a clay shooter. Big cartridge pockets, tube loop thingeys where I stuff my chokes, as I can never find them rummaging about in the bottom of my bag Nice pheasant embroidery on mine, you can have it with a deer instead
