Crouch valley Posted April 7, 2010 Report Share Posted April 7, 2010 I have caught 26 magpies in 9 days in 5 larson traps and im still catching I have recentley taken on this new shoot the shoot is only 750 acres surly there cart be that many more on that acreage. trxnav Posted April 8, 2010 Report Share Posted April 8, 2010 yep mate tried the mock up nest tried leavin a broken egg on top tried slit open rabbit tried a plastic decoy inside moving it every couple of days watched them fly right over it they just are not interested once i get that call bird will be away really am out of ideas 2-3 keepers around me are having the same problem just cannot tempt that first one in.
