holly
i use a piece of plywood cut larger than a4 and knock four nails through to hold target in place simples the nails are knocked through from the back and the targets then push on Edited April 8, 2010 by holly
John_R
Ply can be a bit of a nasty backstop though, being prone to ricochet. I have had a pellet come right back and hit my forehead... I use a cardboard box filled with old newspapers and magazines now, safer and quieter too.
scuta
Hi Gents, FYI, here's another site that's quite good for targets. http://www.tomgirling.co.uk/hobby/airgunning.php Cheers.
libs
Tape an argos book / phone book shut and put two paper clips onto the cover, slide any printed target in and you have a bounce-free pellet collector. As mentioned above, shooting at wood with an airgun is a bit risky, stone or steel is better as a full solid backstop if a ramblers backside isn't present. Personally when I need to zero, i just draw a dot on a sheet of A4 and shoot at it on my taped-up argos book!
