P.Shuter
Anyone know of a clay league(s) in N.Yorks or Durham areas, I think they are made up of pub teams ?
paulos
I shoot in the North Yorkshire & Cleveland League (Web). Not strictly "Pub Teams" but every week we go to the pub afterwards for a meal (meal is included in entry fee).

The league starts on the 28th of April.Come and join one of the teams which is nearest to where you live. It's always on a wednesday night. Paulos and myself shoot for Marne Barracks but there are 8 other teams so theres bound to be one near you. from Auntie.
paulos
Aye, get involved I don't know whether you have picked up a fixture card yet Auntie but we have a bye on the 28th so start properly the week after. That will change next year though as there is a new club joining

100milesaway
The Wensleydale league is a pub league.I think there are 9 pubs and something like the top 10 or 8 scores to count. I shoot for Coverbridge Inn, but there are teams from The CB inn , A pub in Hawes , one at Grinton, the one in Carleton in Coverdale, the one at Worton, one in Askrigg, The Green Dragon at Hardraw. Thats all i can rememmber but they are all in stunning locations. I will post on here as soon as i get the venues.from Auntie
whiskymac
This sounds like a great way to shoot through the week at nights, it's just a bit too far for me travel wise after work. Does anyone know of anything around the Lancashire/South Cumbria area that's similar?

whiskymac
Theres one in Nidderdale and one in the Todmorden area not too sure of any others from Auntie. Thanks Auntie. Todmorden would be just about feasable after work (an hour-ish from me).
