scope question

hello all i am looking to move to a 8x56 scope. would love some nice glass but cant afford it at the moment. |I can get a 8x56 hawke eclipse scope for around £119 or a Richter Optiks for £89 i currently have a variable hawke and im pleased with that do you think these fixed mag ones will be ok? cheers

243. i cant get to that price at the moment. I just hate having to faf on focusing in with the one i have. I just want to point & shoot

 

 

I dont have to faff with mine 5X25 set it up to 12 X and focus at 175 i can point and pull from 100 to about 250 which is a long way at night under a lamp, you just set up your own fixed as it suits you..... I have found one of the biggest problems is the ret... to thick and you cant see a taget at distance to thin you cant see the cross hairs in a hurry :good: its never easy!

Others have answered but both you mention are cheap, but both would do the job, the Richter were always very heavy, but not touched one for about a year, so who knows now?

 

Probably not as bad as many may suggest! :blink:
