I handled one in Germany earlier this month at the Bayern Cup, its a nice gun but unlike the other inertia driven Benelli's its gas operated & so the longer barrels from an M2 will not fit. N thanks neil, the only advantage i can see is that it's gas operated, i had an M3 not so long back that cost me plenty to get running right, luckily it was a pump action/semi auto, the inertia system in my view is the problem. the running man Posted May 20, 2010 Report Share Posted May 20, 2010 gram,theres a guy in ahsford (not to far from you!) he runs an outfit called by his name kirk emmerich,he gets together orders in the states then ships the lot over. during the pistol days i were easy,wed go to a shop in florida buy a pistol put 50 rounds through it,it were then classed second hand,then wed get an export licence job done,saved £300 diffrent these days. see wat hes says,if u really get stuck call pete starley who runs midway hes in warickshire i think. gmk have the consecession on new benellis but not second hand i.e. only just second hand,50 shots though it. good luck.
