Looking at my dates of for this year, does anybody fancy a meet up at Perch Rock on SUNDAY 22ND AUGUST for a few hours (4 at low) and then a bit of a BBQ back at my place. A bit of notice might give the southern shandy boys a chance to get the day off from Morris Dancing club. :good: Chance of a ray/conger and lots of small stuff. :)

As for the BBQ, I'd like lobster thermidore and quails eggs, please :)

They are well known as Summer Herring down these parts Chard.

BBQ'd quails eggs? you godless heathen, everyone knows when you crack them they go straight through the grill.

Although I could go a bit of BBQ'd lobster in garlic butter.
