mikee
I made some venison burgers today from all the trim bits from a roe buck I shot last week, 10lbs venison mince 1 1/2lbs minced pork belly 10 slices of bread rubbed into fine crumbs 4 very finely chopped onions 1/2tsp ground black pepper 3/4tsp ground dried chilli and garlic flakes 3/4tsp celery salt mix it all together and make into patties, absolutely delicious, by far my best attempt yet. mikee
ollie
Could you replace the Venison with rabbit for Bunny Burgers? Or do you have a recipe for Bunny Burgers?
Beardo
should work fine as they pork will add the needed fat to the very lean rabbit. you could also try my Thai Rabbit Burgers http://forums.pigeonwatch.co.uk/forums/ind...c=95282&hl=
JonnyR
I would be inclined to put some ground juniper berries in there too - Venison and Juniper - match made in heaven. Nice recipes fellas.
