Guest
I've been looking at clear view hides recently but wanted a few opinions on them first! If anybody could help it would be appreciated!
UKPoacher
Avoid the Jack Pyke clear view camo screen. It is useless except against a dark solid background. The Stealth Net is better and not much more bulky, but again is not particularly good except against a solid background especially when the light is behind you or at the side of you. p.s. that font you use is a bit gay

vampire
Clear view does work and is light to carry but blows about every where, you can see straight through it,stealth net better, they all work as long as you sit still behind em
humperdingle
I've been using Clearview netting for a few months now, and i'm really happy with it. Couple of pointers: 1. Consider using a partial covering of screening material in addition to the clearview if there is light behind your hide. As mentioned, it is pretty see-through unless there's something solid behind it - Like a hedge or wall. 2. Use GOOD, solid hidepoles which won't flap about in the wind. I used ratchet ties to secure the clear view to each pole. I used Deben extendable poles. 4 poles and the clearview when rolled-up fit into a bag that came with one of those folding chairs, making it easy to carry. Just back from a pigeon shoot today, and they were landing only 15 yards from my hide.
pigeonblasterian
I use a clearview but with a stealth net on top.Found the clearview is just what it states and works just as well for the pigeons and they get a clearview of you.Stealth net is nice and light and a lot better for concealment.Though i still like the army netting and would rather use that although it is a little heavier than a stealth net. Cosd
I always carry the Stealth and clearview nets and find the combination of the two covers pretty much every scenario. When you can tuck back into a bush and it's thick then the clearview on it's own is excellent. The Stealth net is also an excellent net. I sometimes set up the Stealtch net and use the clearview as roof cover when I need it, and that works well too. Both nets fold very compact, I carry mine in one of those small football boot bags which measures just 6"x6"x12".
Guest
I'm thinking of getting the stealth net now, they're well priced plus they seem to conceal you slightly better but still provide that clear view aspect!
