groach1234
Right well now my variation has come through i have settled on the gun (tikka t3 s/s) but i need some advice on a mod for it as i don't know much about them. So what centre fire mods do you use and how do you rate them? George
Dunkield
Stick an ASE S5 or Northstar on it. I don't use one on mine, but if I did, it would be one of those.

Newsportshooter
Are you sure you want a T3 - I know of a good looking Steyr pro hunter II (with stiffened foreend modification) Stainless Synthetic + T8 mod and 30mm rings and bases for about £650 if you interested I'll point you in the right direction (aparently its had about 350 rounds through it)
stevethevanman
I would put an ASE Jet-Z on it, or a Wildcat, they seem to be the best ones at the moment, or then again they now have some strippable T8 design moderators, like the A-Tec Jet-Z for me, got one on my .243, and another is going on the .308 Just as good as any other big moderator, but lighter and smaller, far thicker and better built than the T8. pigglet
Being a left hooker a new t3 is that bit easier to come by George I've been advised these are very good and excellent value. If I hadn't just spunked an eye watering amount on reloading gear I'd have bought one for the .270 I will be getting one when funds allow http://thirdeyetactical.com/
groach1234
It would seem an ASE of some kind is the way to go be it jet-z, S5, or northstar George
Dunkield
If that is what you want, have a look at the ASE site and then speak to Jackson rifles, I they will advise you on which one to go for.
