docholiday
Had a few days of bags of 18 to 20 pigeons and finding it hard going so when the weather broke on monday and we had a half decent forcast we went for a days fishing, managed to get around the Needles and some shelter from the Northely wind in Freshwater bay. Not a bad day a small turbot and brill, 3 good bream seven tope an 18 lb conger and a few pouting, amazingly not one dogfish, back to the pigeon and deer next week, why do we always have to go back to work when the weather turns good Cheers doc

adam f
Excellent - Well done. We had our Open Comp out of Poole on Sun - was horrible F5/6 NW all day. Still, managed 8 rays, best a 13lb Undulate Ray best of 8 rays which got me 12th place out of 78 anglers. I had the guys from Boat Fishinf Monthly onboard so watch out for me and the boat in the Nov issue!
