Beardo
If I want to shoot both I tend to put a loose grouping of crows 20-30 yards off to one side of the pigeon pattern

EastSussexLad
But also bare in mind of the wind, make sure the pigeons don't have to come over the crows to get into the pigeon pattern - I've found that it don't really matter too much to crows they will come over the pigeon pattern. Also don't have a huge crow pattern out when decoying pigeons puts them off! 8 - 9 and a crow on a bouncer will work fine.
THEINVISIBLESCARECROW
If I use crow deeks with Pigeon I just put a few at just over my max range as a distance marker. Very rare I try though if I expect Pigeon. More used when I'm expecting a blank day & just hopeing for a result.
