If it's anything like my 682 then have the gun on it side with barrels pointing to the left, push the ejector in slightly and twist it so that the bottom of the ejector slides out of the groove. Just watch for the spring and pin or whatever its called flying out as you remove the ejector.

hi all,

i own a beretta 686 silver perdiz and would like to know how to remove the ejectors, can anyone help?

also there is a small click just as i move the gun from being completely open to a fraction more closed is this normal? :good:

Neither of mine have the click your mentioning just checked 686+682.

the ejectors are a svine to remove you have to push them down and

twist them at the same time takes some doing and strong thumbs,

I think its push down and twist clockwise with the left ejector, anticlock

with the right one,and a bugg to put back in

 If you take the stock off theres loads more bits under there will fit in the ultrasonic cleaner

I looked at thoese gubbins when I refinished my stock. I saw springs and after my youth esperience with a moped gearbox I am never touching anything complicated that has something under tension again!
