bones228
hey guys as you know i purchased a BSA super10 bull barrel carbine several months back, i went shooting a few days ago only to find no gas in bottle. i refilled it only to hear a hissing noise cumming from the cocking handle area. the thing only hisses in the breach position and not when locked forward... could this be the breach screw? i have contacted the chap who sold me it and hes going to put me onto a man who will blueprint it? for 100 quid inc p&p. am i right in going in this direction? ccoope
Could just be a 10 pence O ring. Once it's fixed disconnect bottle when not in use, seals will last longer

snipper
get it blue printed or failing that if your upto it get a dvd off eb@y to strip it down ....... pretty easy to work on but you will need a chrono to scheck the power after taking the reg apart or if its just the buddy bottle valve john will replace it for a fee Edited February 11, 2011 by snipper
