Alanl50
Hi Right I like some idea of price to sell:hmm: I have a Hatsan 12g, 26" barrel and a spare 30" barrel, dressed in black but I also have a complete set of Turkish walnut furniture as well to go with it, all the chokes, key, spare O rings etc, manual, original box, I bought the gun brand new approximately march 2009. No the chokes dont keep coming undone, I have never had a jam I always use 70mm carts usually Gamebore, the gun has the usual wear on end of muzzle from putting in the gun slip and a couple of little marks on the action. The reason Im selling is I wanted something more flash and bought myself a brand new Winchester SX3 Composite version its as simple as that and now the gun doesnt see any action and is taking up cabinet space, any trial welcome It still in Edgar brothers 3 year warranty Sensible answers please if your not interested dont post stupid comments and no I dont want to swap for anything. EMcC
Hi Alan, I have just bought one of these guns, new, with the Walnut stock, spare barrel and case for £595 and have just had a walk up day with it yesterday. It was a walk up day for pheasant, but crows and pigeons were on the cards as well so in all, I used the best part of 100 cartridges of variouse sorts!!!! It is one of the most enjoyable autos I have used, it looks good, it shoots smoothly, no blockages/stoppages with a mixture of cartridges, no the choke did not work loose !! and I would say it should have sold for double the money. Yours, with the extras as you describe, must be worth not far off £500 but unfortunately the way things are today you will be realistically looking for around £400. Whoever buys it will certainly have a good gun and with the Turkish walnut furniture, have a nice looking gun too. Good luck with your sale. Sorry, but you'll never get £400 for a secondhand Escort. I reckon you might sell for around £200/£230 unfortunately I don't think the extra stock/barrel will make much difference to a buyer....but you never know.
