robbobsam
I was put onto this item by a friend from the USA. It is a dimmer switch which I am using on my lightforce 140. I had it delivered from the USA and fitted it yesterday and used it last night. It works great. Dimmer switch for lightforce. It is meant to be for an indoors lamp but it is working fine on my lightforce. Best Part is it costs less than £10 delivered !!! Beardo
i don't think the first one will work, it is a 120v 50% cut off switch. the second one should - it's a 12v PWM You need a PWM dimmer else the battery runs flat at the same speed as if you had it on full power. Personally, I use mine to dim the light. I'm not too bothered about it running the battery down the same as if I did'nt use one. But for those who need to conserve battery power, then you would need a different type.
