Mightymariner
Here's one for you to chew over. If I was to buy an electronic decoy machine, would I go for magnet or flapper (dead bird), or something else. Factor in cost and lightness. Enjoy! Beardo
flapper would be my first choice - they seem to work all the time, pack up small and are light, magnet second as sometimes they scare more than they pull.
steve_b_wales
As Nick says above. In my opinion, a flapper is excellent for bringing in bird's, if used correctly. I do a lot of crow/jackdaw shooting, and the flapper is an excellent tool for drawing them in.
Billy.
Flappers are good, until one pricks your finger when you're not looking!
