starlight32
I am looking for insurance to cover a haybale shoot, just wondering what others do in this respect? Looking to cover liability and the assets. Any pointers in the right direction would be appreciated. Catamong
I used to insure our shoot through the CPSA brokers, they now use this company: Club Insurance Information: Perkins Slade Limited Rachael Cross Tel: 0121 698 8177 E-mail: r.cross@perkins-slade.com Check carefully what they require if you want to insure the club "assets", you may have to install security equipment, costs are usually prohibitive and very often not worth it. As always, shop around, perhaps NFU Mutual could offer a quote? Cat. Edited November 29, 2010 by Catamong
David BASC
Or you could try these guys - my clay club uses them: http://www.guninsurance.co.uk/shooting-hunting-club.cfm David
P~MX
Try this www.sacs.org.uk Scottish Association for Country Sports --- the best shooting insurance in the UK, they give you the same membership benefits as the other larger associations and their costs are a lot less, I've been a member for a long time and I've used them to insure my gun club for clays and game shooting. f3
