steve_b_wales
Good 'head's up tip there. I've used similar before, but paid a lot more for them. Some American's, when out hunting in the snow etc, place some heat pads in a pouch, and wrap them around the base of their spine. The heat, apparantly, then generates up the back and through the body. Have'nt tried it yet though. Steve.

Cosd
Bought an S Boston handwarmer last year and it is excellent. Well worth the investment, and unlike some others, this can be switched off, and ignites itself without the need of a lighter. http://www.amazon.co.uk/S-Boston-pocket-hand-warmer-Standard/dp/B0010XE86I Money well spent in my opinion. libs
As mentioned before when its this cold I like to wear a nice warm house with log fire and dog included. Has anyone ever tried the boil-up heat pads, the ones you can reset? I had some years ago but sat on them and they exploded :\
DeadShot Stu
I've had the ones you boil up to reset and didnt find they keep the heat goin for long enough, libs did you have a warm running sensation down your leg (when it went pop) :-
