henry d
Game noodle soup Breast out the pheasant and partridge and roast the carcases covered in oil in a hot oven and remove when browned. Place in a pot with chopped celery, carrot and onion and add some herbs such as thyme, bay and some parsley, then cover with boiling water and simmer for 30-40 minutes and strain into a clean pan. Discard the carcases and veg. Add some fried chunks of breast meat and some noodles to the stock and if you want to give it an Asian twist add some powdered five spice, a little at a time until you get the flavour you like.
