jonno 357
Bought a Muzzle brake for my 10/22 £28 including the usual from a top guy from another shooting forum. Reason, don't know why, just liked the look Its precision made from billet alloy. The barrel fit is amazing on the carbon fibre .920" barrel The attention to detail is excellent and I think from gun shops I believe these are double the price ? Shot the Ruger with it fiited last week. First shot 2" to the upper left, second shot 1" lower right. after that it grouping was perfect Jonno Edited February 20, 2006 by jonno

dunganick
is this on of UK Neils creations? it certainly looks good enough. i had a new top turret made for my centerfire scope and im chuffed to bits, he made it exactly as i wanted, and the price was very reasonable. also have a muzzle break for my rimfire which i have a feeling is one of his (i dont really know as its 2nd hand) and i talked to him about having a custom break made to the exact profile of the barrel (but then i got my variation for the silencer ) nice piece jonno

Will post some group pics later this week Does it jam with subs ? Oh yes like a bitch For plinking feed it with HV value bullets £22 per 1000. These are Eley ammo with a value label over the box For hunting which is very rare use due to using the 17hmr all the time now. I use the:- CCI velocitors hollow point and the CCI minmag 36g hollow point
Axe
It certainly looks fun, SL aquired a semi the other day and that certainly put a smile on his face. Even with subs Could be tempting
deadeye ive
Does it jam with subs ? Oh yes like a bitch CCI velocitors hollow point and the CCI minmag 36g hollow point See you like the Stealth Approach Jonno ..........Not much quieter than a HMR . Mines for sale now to help fund the S/B ..........But I did crack consistancy using Subs .........Eleys and a new Titainium extraction claw ........and a couple more turns on the mag spring ....not to many though and a hint of Graphite powder in the reciever and highly polishing the spring guide as well seems to help with the weaker powder loads of Subs Probably know all the above any way :( Ive
Curly87
Just wondering the reason for a muzzle break on a rimfire? i have only seen them on centre fire rifles and always thought they look quite cool, was led to be believe they were to reduce the kick, does it also help for accuracy then? As I said early. No reason, it just looks the part at the end of the barrel. Accuracy is still the same Jonno
