spaniels
Afternoon all. I don't post much by read alot of what you guys put up for information and advice and was wondering what people thought of this? http://www.smithsgore.co.uk/property-to-rent-tetbury-1242153 I have been sent the details through and think is it very steep for a very small amount of land. Although I can see the for pheasant shooting the ground looks very good, but £7000 per annum seems very steep...almost £20 an acre! Has anyone got any thoughts? Also does anyone pay this sort of money for their shoots? Spaniels

spaniels
only 55 acres of woods  and no mention of cover crops Looking at the picture/map there appears to be alot of cover, cover crops look like a separate thing!! Looks nice country though. Anyone got prices they pay per acre?
